The Network is pleased to offer a scholarship for attendance at the upcoming AFPA Women in Forest Industries Forum for two (2) of our members.

AFPA is the National peak industry body representing the forest products value chain.It meets quarterly in Canberra with its representative members from across the industry sectors, formulates policy and represents the views of the sectors to government, industry and the community.

Each March the theme of the meeting is ‘AFPA Women in Forest Industries Forum’. This year this Forum will be held on 23rd March.

An objective of the TFFPN Board is to increase female participation in leadership within the industry in Tasmania, and is very pleased to offer a scholarship for two female members to attend the Forum.

The scholarship includes return airfare, two nights accommodation, and registration to the Forum and AFPA dinner. We thank AFPA for their support of the Forum registration.
