Director vacancies – TFFPN Board

Call for nominations

In accordance with section 13.4 of the TFFPN Constitution, the Board wishes to notify members that the Annual General Meeting for the TFFPN will be held on Friday 15 September at The Tailrace Centre, Launceston, commencing at 6:00pm – immediately prior to the 2023 Tasmanian Timber Awards.

We welcome and encourage all members to attend our Annual General Meeting and formal notice of the event will be mailed out no later than 21 August 2023.

In accordance with section 13.4 of the Constitution, we are calling for nominations to serve as a Director on the TFFPN Board.

FOUR Director vacancies currently exist on the Board.

With reference to section 13.3(ii) the term of Directors Steve Whiteley, Bryan Hayes, Tim Bates and Andrew Morgan will expire at this AGM. All four are eligible to nominate again.

All nominees must complete and submit a Director Nomination Form by 5:00pm 16 August 2023.
