TFFPN calls for Director nominations

In accordance with section 13.4 of the TFFPN Constitution, the Board wishes to notify members that the Annual General Meeting for the TFFPN will be held on Wednesday 21 September at the Country Club, Launceston, commencing at 4:50pm – immediately following the TFFPN Forum, Vision 2050: Realising our Potential.

We welcome and encourage all members to attend our Annual General Meeting and formal notice of the event will be mailed out no later than 1 September 2022.

In accordance with section 13.4 of the Constitution, we are calling for nominations to serve as a Director on the TFFPN Board.

Two Director vacancies currently exist on the Board.

With reference to section 13.3(ii) the term of Directors Brodie Frost and Julianne O’Reilly-Wapstra will expire at this AGM. Both Mr Frost and Ms O’Reilly-Wapstra are eligible for re-appointment.

All nominees must complete and submit a Director Nomination Form by 5:00pm 24 August 2022.
