I am pleased to share a progress update with you this week. As you know I have been working with the Hub Steering Committee to set up assessment reports in our key priority areas; Land Access; Supply Chain and Infrastructure; Climate Change Policy; and, Culture, Skills and Training.
The tender process to commission these four assessment reports closed last week. We received many quality applications, and the Assessment Panel is now in the process of reviewing the applications received. In terms of next steps the Assessment Panel will meet shortly to decide on successful applicants, before its decision is approved by the Hub Steering Committee.
Work on this project is scheduled to commence next month, and we will keep you closely updated with opportunities for stakeholder consultation. We are looking forward to embarking on this impactful work, and to sharing details of the successful candidates with you.
