TFFPN looks to recruit Workforce Diversity Project Manager

An exciting new opportunity exists for a project manager to join the TFFPN to encourage an industry-wide commitment and approach to improving diversity and skill development in the forest workforce in Tasmania.

The Workforce Diversity Project Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Diversity Action Plan as part of the Workforce Development Plan framework to drive diversity outcomes in the forest industry in Tasmania, which will contribute to a more effective forest and forest products industry workforce that meets the evolving needs of the market and the broader Tasmanian community .

This two-year full time project manager will work closely with industry stakeholders and the Diversity in Forestry Working Group to identify real or perceived constraints to workforce development and provide and implement an Action Plan for the industry,
