The Network Strategy 2020
On behalf of the Board, we are very pleased to present the Network Strategy 2020 to you.
The Strategy will provide the Network with a plan of action for overall strategic direction to achieve our goals.
The Network is a central communication hub to support a productive , sustainable and profitable forest industry by providing a platform for greater cohesion, collaboration and sharing of information.
As a member driven organisation Strategy 2020 will assist the Board to ensure the needs of members are met.
It will also assist funding partners with engaging with the Network as our strategic priorities and how we work is clearly articulated.
